Maritime Operations Coordinator (Digital Guard)

We’re looking for a Maritime Operations Coordinator (Digital Guard) to join our team and support the delivery of real-time digital maritime security services to vessels operating across global high-risk routes.

🌊 What you’ll be doing:
• Monitor client vessels operating in high-risk areas through our digital platform
• Identify and respond to maritime security events
• Provide timely information and incident reports to vessels and internal teams
• Monitor maritime intelligence channels, social media, and other sources for emerging threats
• Escalate security risks and provide proactive support to clients
• Coordinate with maritime stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
• Support digital service development and rollout
• Assist with Ship Security Alert System (SSAS) management

🎯 What we’re looking for:
• Experience in maritime/shipping operations, MAC, naval/defense operations, or marine security
• Good understanding of commercial shipping and maritime security
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable working in 24/7/365 shift-based watchkeeping operations
