SPANISH-SPEAKING SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Contacting existing clients via phone, emails and live chats
- Conducting training sessions with existing clients
- Keeping up-to-date with all the new products IQ Option offers to its clients
- Offer VIP service to our clients and consulting clients on trading questions
- Be flexible, creative, and positive while helping clients online
- Building trust between the client and the company
- Assisting clients with procedures of deposit and withdrawal
Candidate Profile
- Native/Near Native speaker of the Spanish language (verbal and written)
- Fluent English language (verbal and written)
- Experience/knowledge in trading will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Must have patience and must find an approach to all types of clients
- Successful candidates should be expected to start immediately and/or not later than 4 weeks
- EU citizenship is mandatory
