Job Overview
Description
- Build and maintain relationships with customers via phone
- To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients
- Maximize sales activity
- To assist clients with queries regarding trading
- To assist clients with deposits/withdrawals
- To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Sale
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in the English language is a must
- Advanced, Proficient or Native level of Swedish
- Excellent business is written and oral communications skills
- Excellent knowledge of computers
- Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
