Great, we hope so because one of Nicosia’s leading hotels is looking to recruit a Hotel Receptionist to join the Reception team!
This is an amazing opportunity for a career-minded professional looking to develop their skills and progress further. As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times. The Hotel Receptionist that takes on this role will be smart in appearance and have excellent communication and administration skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Arrival and departure of guests and responding to queries about the hotel, ensuring each and every one of your guests has a positively memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Constantly finding innovative ways to put a smile on your customers’ faces.
- Embracing and driving exceptional service, genuine hospitality and have some fun!
Your Profile:
- Experience in a hotels, ideally in a similar position or any other client-facing role
- The flexibility to work shifts (see below)
- Excellent spoken English and Greek
- Be able to demonstrate examples of great customer service in previous engagements
- Basic IT skills with experience of MS Office applications
The position is accompanied by a monthly salary in the region of €1,100 net x 12 depending upon experience
The shifts are either mid 3 pm – 11 pm and late shifts 11pm – 7 am (once a week)
The working week is based on 6 days from 7. Public holidays are paid double.
