DevOps Engineer

Our client is a fintech company based in nicosia, they are passionate about creating changes in the payment/banking industries. They are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their team.

The successful candidate will have to manage and monitor our AWS and Azure environments and to have knowledge of Amazon web services, SQL, Bash, Python, Ruby or similar scripting.

• Manage and monitor our AWS and Azure environments.
• Contribute to automation of server provisioning, software deployment and monitoring systems
• Contribute to solutions that aid in scalability and security
• In house systems administration
• Performing in depth analysis of varying issues and root cause analysis
• Ensure our operations comply with PCI DSS and ISO27001 requirements
• Participate in a on call support as member of a roster-based team.
• Develop and maintain tools and processes that aid and automate maintaining a minimum of 99.5% uptime

• Amazon web services (required)
• Azure (ideal)
• Linux – Centos7/RHEL
• Atlassian Product Suite
• SQL knowledge
• Docker
• Ansible
• Packer
• Bash/Python/Ruby or similar scripting
• Git – source code control management systems
• PCI-DSS experience highly regarded
