Receptionist
Job Overview
Our client, a ship management company based in Limassol, seeks to hire a Receptionist to undertake administrative duties.
This is an 1 year contract with the possibility of a permanent role

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors by greeting them in person
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Performing external duties
- Simple data entry into accounting system
- Maintaining clean reception area and conference rooms
- Receiving and sorting daily mail and organizing outgoing parcel
- Ordering office supplies and keeping inventory of stock
- Updating calendars and scheduling meetings
- Arranging Travel and accommodations
- Helping other departments with clerical receptionist and administration duties
Candidate Profile
- Computer Literate, with very good knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL and WORD,
- Willing to learn and eager to work under pressure
- Be fluent in Greek and English language
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good problem solving skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Team player
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:30 – 17:30
