Our client, a ship management company based in Limassol, seeks to hire a Receptionist to undertake administrative duties.

This is an 1 year contract with the possibility of a permanent role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors by greeting them in person
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Performing external duties
  • Simple data entry into accounting system
  • Maintaining clean reception area and conference rooms
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail and organizing outgoing parcel
  • Ordering office supplies and keeping inventory of stock
  • Updating calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Arranging Travel and accommodations
  • Helping other departments with clerical receptionist and administration duties

Candidate Profile

  • Computer Literate, with very good knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL and WORD,
  • Willing to learn and eager to work under pressure
  • Be fluent in Greek and English language
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good problem solving skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Team player

Working hours: Mon-Fri  9:30 – 17:30
