Job Overview

Our client, a well-established business with Head Offices based in Larnaca, active in the real estate industry with a focus on property development is looking to hire a bookkeeper to join the accounting team 

Key responsibilities:

  • Support accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases
  • Responsible for the accounts payable function with pro-active follow up on supplier invoice collection, reconciliation, ageing and payments.
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations.
  • Provide supporting documentation to the Company’s chief accountant
  • Any other reasonable tasks that may be requested from time to time.

Candidate Profile:

  • LCCI Higher essential not necessary
  • Proven experience as Accounting Assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with accounting and administrative principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek & English Language (both oral and written)
