The IdealCoaching Group, established over a decade ago, is looking for a senior level Master Trainer to plan and train IdealCoaching programs to our existing and potential clients across any and all industries, globally.
Job Description
The overall purpose of the position is to serve as a Master Trainer for IdealCoaching’s training programs to clients at their premises and also to serve as experts in the field of Objection Handling, Body Language, Emotional Intelligence, Micro Expressions and Lie Detection. The successful candidate MUST be able to establish credibility and deliver high-energy programs that satisfy the needs of a wide range of company cultures and professionals in organizations across industries and at multiple levels. Prospecting and successful converting of leads is also a MUST.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Present training programs to existing clients, on site or online.
- Generate leads and convert them to successful and happy clients.
- Give constant feedback on any possible improvements on the programs or the deliveries of them.
- Generate self-stats on a weekly basis, based on Calls, Meetings and Conversions.
- Actively participate in Monthly and Quarterly check-ins with the CEO.
- Actively participate in Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly target setting sessions.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5-7 years of soft or leadership skills facilitation experience in corporate settings
- Plans training programs with clients across industries and levels
- Project management, webinars, materials preparation
- Experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- English is a MUST and any another language/s is an advantage.
- Self Starter / Self Motivator / Self Confident.
