GRS is seeking to recruit a motivated Customer Support for a globally recognised FCA and CySEC regulated broker to join their Limassol Office. The successful candidate must have minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within Forex and to be fluent in English and any other of the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian, Russian or German. Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide high level of customer support at all times through calls, chats, emails
- Handle client’s queries and complaints
- Additional related tasks
Candidate Profile
- College or University degree in any field
- Minimum 1-2 years’ previous experience in Customer Support within Forex company, is a must
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Fluent in any of the following languages: Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, German.
- Computer Literate
- Eligible to work within freely the EU with no visa restrictions
- Ability and flexibility to work on Cyprus Public holidays on rotation and on both morning and afternoon shifts daily
