Trading Room Representative
Job Overview
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding provider of services to the Forex & Financial Services Sector, we are seeking to recruit a suitably well-qualified and experienced Trading Room Representative to join their team in Paphos. The successful applicant will have previous and demonstrable experience in the Forex industry and possess excellent communication skills in English.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Daily phone contact with existing clients.
- Training clients on how to use the company’s trading platforms.
- Keeping up to date with the financial market to provide adequate training to clients.
- Monitoring and retaining client accounts and margin reports.
- Daily reports and market updates.
- Enduring personal contact is maintained with new and existing clients via phone and email.
- Maintain customer relations along with customer retention.
- Actively follow-up on queries and provide feedback to customer ensuring that the clients receive the best level of service.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Experience in Forex/Binary as a trading room representative is essential.
- Must know financial markets and have interest in following market activity.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in the English language (Written & Spoken) is essential.
- University degree will be considered an advantage.
- Computer literate: working knowledge of Word/Excel.
- Qualities – results oriented, attention to detail, proactive, self-motivated, dynamic, go the extra mile to get the job done.
