Sales Executive
Job Overview
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Corporate Travel Provider, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and capable Sales Executive to establish and maintain successful business relationships with key clients. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 2+ years of previous, demonstrable Sales and Business Development experience ideally within the Services Sector. For this position our client is able to offer flexibility with regards to working hours and also place of work, with remote workers encouraged to apply.
- Setting up, maintaining and expanding the Sales Department.
- Provide leads to new clients (companies with travel needs that are now being serviced either by a travel agency or by carriers online).
- Build strong relationships with clients in order to gain a full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively.
- Create measurable goals and a time plan with KPI’s on how this can be delivered.
- Review sales volumes and follow-up on customers satisfaction.
- Monitoring the general performance of reservations staff daily.
- Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures.
- Have short, middle and long term plans on how to achieve pre-agreed targets.
- Follow-up on bookings and reservation status.
- Handle guest complaints and issues.
- 2+ years of Sales and/or Business Development experience, ideally within the services sector.
- Knowledge of the Cyprus market and any existing relationships with potential clients will be considered highly desirable.
- Marketing & PR experience will be considered highly beneficial.
- Outstanding telephone skills.
- Skills to handle negotiations and solve potential issues/problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Greek & English.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills.
- Flexible to respond to a range of different work situations.
