Job Overview
GRS are working in partnership with an international Financial Services brand in Limassol who are searching for a Head of Customer Support join this international team. We are searching for a candidate who can lead, train and support the Customer support department and ensure the teamwork in partnership to achieve a 1st class service to the clients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, motivate and develop Support department employees
- Support in resolving client’s queries regarding products, services, promotional programs, technical issues and complaints via chat, email, phone, other media and internal system
- Perform induction training for newly hired individuals
- Assess, conduct and assist Compliance department
Candidate Profile
- Experience in similar position within the forex industry is a must
- Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral plus a fluency in any of the follow languages would be consider an advantage: Spanish/German/Italian
- Ability to lead, train and motivate a team
- Holder of CySEC advanced certification is desirable
- Knowledge of Meta Trader platforms
- Ability to work in shifts on a rotation basis
