Job Overview
GRS are working with a global Forex brokerage with multiple locations globally and are looking to hire a Chinese Speaking Customer Service Agent to work as part of their growing team. Our client has been established in Cyprus for over 5 years and offers a variety of trading options to their clients. With a management team that has been in the business for over 20 years you will be working with some of the most knowledgeable Forex minds in Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist clients worldwide through a live support
- Answer e-mails, assist with the opening of client accounts, amend existing accounts, maintain client details and liaise with appropriate departments
- Demonstrate impeccable telephone etiquette and management
- Handle back office queries
- Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
- Report to the management
- Deal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively
- Provide support and troubleshooting on MetaTrader platforms
- Liaise with all departments to resolve issues
- Liaise with the Compliance Officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts
Candidate Profile
- Excellent knowledge of Chinese and English languages
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of MetaTrader platforms will be considered an advantage
