Job Overview
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding Software Solutions company with offices in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a bright, ambitious and energetic Junior Software Developer with knowledge of Java development to join their existing team of professionals based in Nicosia.
Role Overview:
You will be actively involved with the development of the software products and may also engage in the delivery of customer projects. Some of the products are mature while some are new, or under development. You will be supervised by the development lead but encouraged to bring new ideas for consideration and use your creativity to add new features or improve current features. This represents a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Software Developer to learn and develop their knowledge and career within a positive, healthy and collaborative working environment.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Educated to degree level in Computer Science/Engineering
- 0-2 years of relevant development experience, ideally working with JAVA
- Knowledge/experience of working with and Web Development languages such as XML & Javascript will be considered a significant advantage.
- Excellent level of fluency in English (Written & Spoken) is essential.
- A passion for developing bug-free, best-in-class software.
