Approvals Engineer VAC-19058G

Our client is a real estate development company with a portfolio of exclusive residential and commercial projects and they are looking to recruit an Approvals Engineer

The Approvals Engineer will take responsibility for the delivery of the company’s project approvals as part of new high rise mixed-use real estate project developments

Job responsibilities:
Provide coordination and guidance on the technical approval and legislative requirements for the project management team
Manage the process of applying for and gaining the required certification/licenses/agreements through liaison with Approval Authorities (EAK, SBLA, etc.)
Interpret Cyprus approval standards and address them to project design process
Close liaison with local architect and engineers to assure local requirements and specific hotel requirements implementation

Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar
Projects management experience in Cyprus (10+ years)
Cyprus top-developer/top projects experience is required
Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
Fluent English and Greek required, Russian would be an advantage
No work permit requirements
