Forex Retention Agent

Job Description

Looking to recruit Forex Agents with retention experience. Well known Forex Company seeking qualified Forex sales agents to perform outbound calls to existing clients. This is a FULL TIME position. No weekends. Monday thru Friday.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform Outbound Calls
• Consult with Clients on Market Movements and Opportunities for Investments
• Retain Clients with Deposits
• Routinely Call Current Clientele within Agents Portfolio

Candidate Profile

• Retention Experience 1-2 Years Ideally
• Strong Background in Sales
• Strong Background in Customer Service
• Strong Background in Foreign Exchange Market / Stock Market
• Knowledge on CRM use
• Knowledge on how to Manage a Portfolio
• English is a MUST, other Languages are a Plus!
