Job Overview
GRS are working with an international CySEC Licensed Forex Broker in central Limassol and they are looking to recruit a Recruitment Strategy & Planning Specialist with the focal point for recruitment in the EMEA Region to work closely with the Head of Human Resources and the Senior Management Team. The successful candidate will have experience working in International Recruitment and ideally experience within the Forex or Financial services sector.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating job descriptions based on business needs
- Candidate attraction and sourcing
- Interviewing and facilitating testing where necessary
- Preparing and negotiating offers
- Attending career events, liaising with local organisations and other parties as required
- The strategic response to the company’s recruitment needs
- Conducting adequate market research where necessary to consult the business on local market salaries and conditions
- Identifying and operating various sourcing channels for candidate attraction
- Supporting the business in establishing new sites
- Delivering training workshops as required
- Undertaking Talent Acquisition and HR projects on a global level as required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- International Recruitment experience is a must, in-house or within an agency environment
- Fluency in English
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Talent Acquisition experience, Financial Services or Technology sector would be an asset
- Fluency in Greek would be an advantage
