Job Description

One of the largest Real Estate companies based in Limassol, offering a full range of Real Estate services are working with GRS to recruit a Foreman. The successful candidate will have an experience in concrete structure works and a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position. Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensure Project Staff and Subcontractors are discharging their duties effectively
• Ensure the coordination of and communication between all parts of the operation construction team including suppliers
• Provide, monitor and control labor, plant and materials to meet requirements
• Ensure the project is executed in a Safe Manner following HSE legislation and policies
• Keep a full and accurate daily site diary

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience on concrete structure works such as formwork, Steel Reinforcement, Concrete)
• Knowledge of construction processes such as concrete structures, earthwork, metal and carpentry works, MEP/HVAC installations
