Job Overview
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an online supplier of medical and laboratory equipment, we are seeking to recruit a Data Entry Clerk to join their expanding team of professionals based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will ideally have a minimum of 1+ years of relevant administration experience and possess excellent communication skills in English. Our client is willing and able to consider both Part & Full-Time hours for this position.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly.
- Data entry into SAGE accounting system.
- Accurately enter data into corresponding fields on the website.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Perform related tasks like ordering office supplies and filing documents.
- Manage and organize records and files.
- Prepare relevant reports as needed.
- Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis.
- Assist the accounting department with orders, customer monthly dues, monthly supplier payment.
Key Skills/Experience:
- University Degree in a related field.
- At least 1+ years experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong computer skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.
- Familiar with accounting systems with be considered an advantage.
