Pedieos IVF Center has been a pioneer in IVF Treatment, Embryo Development and Egg Freezing in Cyprus. Established in 1986 by Dr. Krinos M. Trokoudes, our center has had a tremendous influence on the field of reproductive medicine in both Cyprus and Greece. Due to the rapid growth of our egg donation program, Aphrodite Egg Bank has been developed and operates under Pedieos IVF Center. We currently work with several clinics in Europe, North America and the Middle East and are constantly expanding to new frontiers.

The candidate

• We are looking for a patient and donor coordinator that is able to work in a highly fast paced environment and deal with many moving parts of the business. Multitasking has to be second nature to you to get all the different tasks done quickly and efficiently.
• Candidate must be fully fluent in English both in writing and speaking since we deal with patients and donors from abroad. Additional languages are a plus!
• The candidate must have strong communication skills, organisational skills, and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• You will create reports at the end of the month to show your performance and present them to your manager.
• Be comfortable with different software like Trello, google calendar, Google Drive, etc.
• Previous work experience in the medical profession, dealing with patients is a plus!

The Role

Patients

• You will deal with patients and egg donors helping them through their entire journey at all steps along the way.
• You will communicate with patients through email and phone to understand what type of treatment they are interested in and guide them through the process.
• You will update and maintain patient files with their therapies, treatment, medication, lab test results, consent forms etc.
• You will be responsible is setting up a tracking system for all your patients so that you can follow up with them whenever is necessary.

Donors

• You will call potential donors that showed interest in becoming a donor to explain the entire donation process. You will have to use your sales and persuasive skills to help them understand the benefits and the risks involved.
• You will follow-up with them to make sure they do not forget any of the steps they have to go through.
• You will have to keep track of their progression and coordinate their medication, travel arrangements etc.
• You will create a calendar for the monthly schedule of donors.

Other Tasks

• You will be speaking with the doctor on a daily basis to agree what the right course of action is for each case.
• You will deal with payments, planning, budgeting.
