Senior Project Manager – Construction – Limassol – ZA920818

Job Description

A newly established Real Estate and Constructions company with both commercial and residential projects, based in Limassol is currently looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join their team.  The successful candidate must have at least 10 years’ experience in Project Management in Construction and must be fluent in both Greek and English.  If you are considering a career change and you are looking to join a rapidly growing company, we look forward to hearing from you.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing all construction projects in Limassol
• Provide estimated costs and manage the budget assigned to the projects
• Work closely with the team of architects, engineers and other members of the projects
• Evaluate the progress made in all the projects
• Update all relevant stakeholders regarding the progress of the projects
• Execute site checks to monitor progress, quality and quality standards
• Ensure that the company is compliant with healthy and safety policies, procedures and relevant regulations
• Perform risk management by identifying and resolve any issues that might arise
• Allocation of resources to ensure the completion of the projects based on the deadline given
• Negotiate with external vendors to ensure that the project follows the budget planning
• Preparation of reports to demonstrate the progress and status of each project

Candidate Profile

• BSc in Civil Engineering is a must
• MSc in Civil Engineering or a related field will be considered as a plus
• Must be a Member of the Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK)
• Must have minimum 10 years’ experience in Construction Project Management
• Extensive experience in managing both commercial and residential constructions projects
• Fluent in both Greek and English
