Job Description
A global online trading service provider are currently looking for a Dutch speaker to join their customer support team based in Nicosia. The company is both CySEC and FCA regulated. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to customer’s questions through emails and live chats, and assist with basic troubleshooting or setup processes.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide support and assistance to customer’s requests and queries via live chat, telephone and email
- Assist with training and troubleshooting for clients
- Maintain a professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints by investigating problems, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives preparing reports within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in Dutch and English is a must
- Experience in customer support
- Understanding of financial markets and products
- Positive attitude and motivated to succeed
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers
- Eligible to work in the EU
