GRS are working closely with a new and exciting brand setting up their operation in Limassol. Currently we are recruiting for Head of Partners to assist with the start-up and ongoing development of the company. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of the company. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and execute the business development strategy and implement plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations.
• Build and manage an army of local and remote Business Developers that:
• Will identify new potential partners (IB’s and Affiliate’s)
• Possesses existing relationships with established partners
• Support the onboarding and management of new and existing partners
• Work closely with the Dealing team for setting and monitoring of commissions
• Work closely with the Backoffice team for a smooth onboarding and pay-out partner experience.
• Work closely with the marketing and product team to continuously enhance our offering according to partner needs
• Maintain and update according to company procedures the internal partner reporting tools
• Contribute to team efforts by achieving targeted results
• Keep up to date with the financial markets on a daily basis and or any other duties and responsibilities that the Employer may reasonably request from the Employee from time to time, according to business needs.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Previous experience in a similar position is a must
• Ability to spend significant time travelling aboard
• Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships
• Target orientated and resourceful.
• Business fluency in English additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Must be self-motivated, a team player and comfortable with taking on initiatives
