Job Description

A newly established gaming company are currently working with GRS to recruit a Game Analyst to join their team in Limassol. The successful candidate must have previous experience as a Game Analyst with good knowledge of statistics and speak fluent in Russian. Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Process large and complex data sets, reflecting the behavior of millions of the company’s players, to solve strategic and operational business issues
• Analyze the effectiveness of innovations and changes in games (A / B testing, promotional activity etc.)
• Use predictive analytics methods to predict the behavior of the company’s players and simulate the development of game processes
• Discuss with the management team all the findings from the data in order to keep them up to date
• Initiate automation of analytical reports and dash boards
• Work closely with the game development teams

Candidate Profile

• Holder of University degree in Theoretical or applied Mathematics, Statistics or any other related field
• Previous experience in the gaming industry
• Good knowledge of statistics and probability theory
• Must be an analytical thinker with the ability to competently express thoughts (verbally and written) and highlighting the most important
• Excellent Excel skills
• Experience of processing large amounts of data using Tableau, QlikView, R (or others)
• Fluency in Russian and English is a must
