Job Overview
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding provider of Payment Solutions to customer across the Globe, we are seeking to recruit a Financial Business Analyst to join their team in Limassol. The successful applicant will support the business by collaborating with Internal Departments and develop value added activities; to deliver internal analytical reports, identify potential change and highlight growth opportunities. Advanced Knowledge of Excel in mandatory for this role.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Forecast and Analysis of KPI’s, specific to the Online Payment Industry.
- Project and Client Performance Analysis.
- Business & Financial analysis.
- Process improvement / optimization.
- Business cases / valuations.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- 2+ years experience in advising / supporting senior management on business insights.
- Strong IT skills – with advanced knowledge of Excel, mainly Pivot tables.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Broad spectrum view and willingness to question the traditional way of doing things.
- Genuine commitment to service delivery.
- Experience in supporting teams through change.
- Enjoys building relationships and using interpersonal skills.
