Job Description

Our Client, an established and leading name in the IT industry, is seeking to hire a highly competent and experienced IT Business Consultant to join their IT Business Solutions division in Nicosia. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven and successful experience in holding similar roles preferably in the IT or Financial industry, showcasing exceptional skills in consulting, analysing, and delivering on customers’ business needs. As this is a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills in Greek and English, as well as presentation and interpersonal skills, are of utmost importance to ensure high standards of engagement.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Single Customer point of contact with regards to the business solution requirements.
• Engages in pre-sales activities to assist in defining the business solution requirements and improves on proposed solution business value and match to Customer needs.
• Analyses the Solution and produces a Detailed Requirements Analysis document.
• Follows-up the Solution throughout the project by providing assistance where needed.
• Performs a Prototype evaluation prior to presenting it to the Customer to ensure a complete match between solution and needs.
• System Tests solution once development is completed.
• Assists the Customer to perform a Solution Acceptance Test.
• “Raises a flag” on all not normal events, such as over-effort, inconsistencies, improvements, problems during Project Delivery.
• Ensures utilization and improvement of standards and tools with other colleagues in same profession.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years working experience in a Business Consultant Role.
• Working experience with Portals, BPM (Business Process Management) and Document Management solutions
• Working experience with Analytics, CRM, and Mobile solutions will be considered an advantage
• Experience in the Financial Industry will be considered an advantage
• Experience in IT development methodologies
• Language proficiency in Greek and English
• University Degree in IT or Management field
• Commitment to deliver best-of-class quality and on-time projects.
• Act as a reliable and dependable advisor to Customer needs
• Passion to continuously learn in a fast-paced and challenging technology area
