Head of Back Office VAC-18952C

Our client is a CySEC regulated FX Broker and they are looking for a Head of Back Office to join their team based at their head office in Limassol.

Responsibilities:
Supervising the back-office team regarding the opening of trading accounts quality check, process and customer support.
Responsible for monitoring all client funds (Deposits & Withdrawals)
Be able to lead for KYC Verification for potential and existing clients.
Responsible for recruitment, training, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and employees’ discipline.
Implement Operations protocols, productivity, quality and customer-service standards, complete audits and supporting team managers a daily inquiries and problems.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
Support on regulation requirements determined by compliance officer

Requirements:
At least 2 years of relevant experience
Holder of CySEC advanced certificate \
