Chief Dealer – Forex – Limassol – Cyprus – HE921225

GRS Are working with a new Investment and Forex brand who are in the process of setting up their operation in, Limassol. The successful candidate will be offered a wealth of experience from the industry and will become a member CySEC. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• An advanced university degree in physics, financial engineering, or mathematics is preferred.
• A minimum 7 years’ experience in forex spot trading, exotic options pricing and high-frequency trading.
• Extensive experience in MT4/5 Trading Systems (both MT4/5 Manager and MT4/5 Admin) as well as technical setup of these systems.
• A strong understanding of best execution policies and procedures.
• Proficient in SQL, MATLAB/Python/R/C++ and Excel.
• CySEC Advanced Certificate
• Fluent and articulate in English (Verbal & Written).

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Leading the overall preparation for the Forex/CFDs biz. set-up
• Must be able to work in Republic of Korea during business set-up period (Max. 3 Months)
• Responsible for the initial business set-up including, RTO structure(A/B Book), instruments and trading conditions, Guidelines, procedures and staff training for the dealing function/department
• Testing of the MT4/5 Admins and Managers integrations, price feed, LPs and trade plug-ins(execution, distribution etc.)
• Implementing the Best Execution factors within the company’s
• Order Execution Policy
  • Implementing the hedging strategies
  • Managing day-to-day risk of our trading books
  • Maintaining and/or restoring the trade flow
  • Client trading patterns analysis and reporting
  • Developing risk management models and algorithms
  • Preparing dealing reports(exposure check, price feed, LP volume etc.)
  • Preparing own account reports(net equity balances, PNL, exposures etc.)
  • Suspicious and abusive trading activity reporting
  • Preparing the daily market analysis – technical and fundamental
