Job Overview
A growing Financial Services provider to Forex Brokers and Financial Institutions, is seeking to recruit a CRM Developer for their offices based in Limassol. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in CRM Development role ideally within the Forex industry. This is a great opportunity for someone has previously worked in a similar role!
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing CRM systems (customizations, configurations, administration of users)
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer queries or issues to maximize their satisfaction
- Building complex work processes to improve the user experience and system configuration
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or any other relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in CRM Development role
- Experience from the FX industry is a major advantage
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- Experience in working with MS Dynamics CRM – Big advantage
