A successful software company are working with GRS to recruit Back office and Accounting Administrator to join their Limassol based team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in accounting, and back office administration with fluency in English. Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers & refunds based on the company’s established policies and procedures
• Assist clients with their banking requests/requirements
• Confirm collection amounts and calculation of fees
• Ensure compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering procedures
• Assist internally all departments with any issues related to client funds
• Perform data entry / processing, ensure that the work is completed accurately and adhere to all specified Company processes and procedures
• Basic accounting tasks

Candidate Profile

• Fluency in English
• Degree in Business
• Strong experience with Microsoft office applications
• Ideally experience in an accounting or back office position
