An international, well-known banking organization with offices in six countries across the world, are currently working with GRS to recruit a Receptionist to join their new office in the city center of Nicosia. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and must be fluent in both Greek and English. Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Diary management and management of meeting rooms
- Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally
- Handle queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
- Greet all visitors
- Transfer calls as necessary
- Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture
- Perform ad-hoc administration duties
- Maintain office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies)
- Receive and dispatch deliveries
- Assist with mail as required
- Take and ensure messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a Receptionist
- Fluency in both Greek and English, verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional multitasker
- Excellent communication skills
