Job Description
A listed shipping company with offices around the world, are working with GRS to recruit a Temporary Accounts Assistant for their Limassol Office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in Accounting within the Shipping industry, however recent graduates with strong academics will also be considered. Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Process invoices in the company’s electronic approval system.
- Follow up on timely approval of invoices.
- Post invoices.
- Assist in day-to-day bookkeeping where required.
- Reconciliation of accounts payables.
- Other accounting related matters.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 months’ experience in accounting, although recent graduates with strong academics will be considered.
- Immediately available to commence work.
- Fully fluent in English with Greek being highly favourable.
- Self-motivated, well organized and able to communicate with others very well.
