We are pleased to share this opportunity on behalf of our client, a top-tier firm with offices in Cyprus and across Europe, who is seeking a Corporate Administrator to join their team as part of their continued growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer a portfolio of companies under lawyer supervision
- Draft and review basic corporate documents
- Handle the administrative aspects of transactions
- Maintain effective and ongoing communication with clients
- Prepare all necessary documentation for company formation
- Complete company registrations at the Registrar of Companies, including various forms
- Support the integration of electronic filing systems
- Assist with AML compliance and KYC procedures
- File applications, documents, and forms with public authorities
- Manage UBO registry annotations with the Registrar and trust registry with CySEC
The Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Degree or diploma in secretarial studies and/or corporate governance and administration
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational abilities
- Capacity to work well under pressure
- Excellent computer skills
- Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of AML regulations and KYC compliance procedures is an advantage
