Key Responsibilities
Office Operations: Oversee facility maintenance, manage office supply inventory, and coordinate equipment repairs or software licenses.
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, handle correspondence, and prepare reports or presentations.
Reception & Communication: Greet guests, answer main office phone lines, route inquiries, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Financial Administration: Assist with basic bookkeeping, process expense reports, handle invoicing, and monitor the petty cash fund.
HR & Onboarding: Help schedule job interviews, maintain physical and digital personnel files, and assist with new employee onboarding logistics.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute company events, staff meetings, catering requests, and travel arrangements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative, operational, or office manager role.
Software Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organization: High attention to detail, strong time-management, and ability to prioritize competing tasks.
