Swedish Sales agents

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers via phone
• To actively engage with new client leads and activate them as new clients
• Maximize sales activity
• To assist clients with queries regarding trading
• To assist clients with deposits/withdrawals
• To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Sale

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
• Fluency in the English language is a must
• Advanced, Proficient or Native level of Swedish
• Excellent business is written and oral communications skills
• Excellent knowledge of computers
• Ability to work well alone and as part of a team
