The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in accounting, and back office administration with fluency in English. Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers & refunds based on the company’s established policies and procedures
- Assist clients with their banking requests/requirements
- Confirm collection amounts and calculation of fees
- Ensure compliance with the company’s anti-money laundering procedures
- Assist internally all departments with any issues related to client funds
- Perform data entry / processing, ensure that the work is completed accurately and adhere to all specified Company processes and procedures
- Basic accounting tasks
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in English
- Degree in Business
- Strong experience with Microsoft office applications
- Ideally experience in an accounting or back office position
