We are pleased to share this opportunity on behalf of our client, with offices in Cyprus and across Europe, who is seeking a Banking Administrator to join their Banking Division.
Duties:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting clients through the process of establishing corporate and personal bank accounts, both in Cyprus and internationally
- Collecting, assessing, and compiling all necessary due diligence and documentation for account applications
- Filling out required banking documentation and manage all related account matters
- Overseeing day-to-day management of clients’ bank accounts
- Preparing detailed banking analysis and providing recommendations to clients
- Building and maintaining strong connections with local and overseas banking partners
- Ensuring client records are current and properly maintained
- Collaborating with team members to deliver seamless and efficient service
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of Compliance and KYC obligations
- Capability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with computer systems and software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
