We are pleased to share this opportunity on behalf of our client, with offices in Cyprus and across Europe, who is seeking a Banking Administrator to join their Banking Division.

Duties:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting clients through the process of establishing corporate and personal bank accounts, both in Cyprus and internationally
  • Collecting, assessing, and compiling all necessary due diligence and documentation for account applications
  • Filling out required banking documentation and manage all related account matters
  • Overseeing day-to-day management of clients’ bank accounts
  • Preparing detailed banking analysis and providing recommendations to clients
  • Building and maintaining strong connections with local and overseas banking partners
  • Ensuring client records are current and properly maintained
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver seamless and efficient service

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of Compliance and KYC obligations
  • Capability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
