We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join an established dynamic group of companies operating within industrial solutions & logistics / industrial equipment / hydraulics & services
This is a strategic leadership role for a finance executive who thrives in high-growth environments, drives performance, and partners closely with the Founder and rest of Key HOD Managers to scale the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and forecasting
- Act as a key advisor to the Founder and executive team on growth, investments, and risk
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and governance
- Manage cash flow, funding, and investor relations
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency
- Build and lead a high-performing finance department
- Support M&A, expansion, and software
Requirements
- Proven experience as CFO / Finance Director / Senior Finance Leader
- Strong background in industrial equipment & services
- Experience in high-growth or scaling environments
- Excellent knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and strategy
- Experience with SAAP, NAVISION or equivalent software is obligatory
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- ACA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
