We are pleased to share this opportunity on behalf of our client, a top-tier firm with offices in Cyprus and across Europe, who is seeking a Corporate Administrator to join their team as part of their continued growth.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer a portfolio of companies under lawyer supervision
  • Draft and review basic corporate documents
  • Handle the administrative aspects of transactions
  • Maintain effective and ongoing communication with clients
  • Prepare all necessary documentation for company formation
  • Complete company registrations at the Registrar of Companies, including various forms
  • Support the integration of electronic filing systems
  • Assist with AML compliance and KYC procedures
  • File applications, documents, and forms with public authorities
  • Manage UBO registry annotations with the Registrar and trust registry with CySEC

 

The Requirements: 

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Degree or diploma in secretarial studies and/or corporate governance and administration
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Capacity to work well under pressure
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of AML regulations and KYC compliance procedures is an advantage
