Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Defining and executing full-funnel local growth plans aligned with local and regional objectives
- Developing and implement marketing campaigns
- Managing social media platforms and digital advertising
- Creating engaging content (email, website, social media, brochures)
- Monitoring campaign performance and prepare reports
- Managing marketing budget
- Supporting brand development and promotional activities
- Leading local field marketing initiatives
- Running structured growth experiments, testing hypotheses, and translating learnings into repeatable playbooks
- Tracking and reporting on local and regional performance metrics, and sharing insights with senior stakeholders
- Feeding customer insights back into product teams to improve customer experience
Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of marketing experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing analytics tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinking
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to connect campaigns to commercial outcomes
- The ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel while balancing speed, quality, and ROI
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional, local and regional teams
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
