Compliance Monitoring Assistant (Spanish)

Our client, a company providing services mainly to the Financial markets industry is looking for a Compliance Monitoring Assistant. The successful candidate should be fluent in Spanish – no previous experience in a similar role is required.

• Listening to incoming/ outgoing calls on a daily basis
• Making reports for the calls that were monitored including the translation of the call
• Translate Spanish Speaking conversations/ emails of agents/clients to English
• Additional duties and responsibilities related to the support of the Company’s client

• Native Spanish speaker and fluency in English (both written and oral)
• Computer Proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
• Additional Languages will be considered as an advantage
