Job Description
A reputable law firm based in Limassol are working in partnership with GRS and looking for an Experienced Litigation Lawyer to join their rapidly expanding team. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar position, ideally dealing with corporate matters. They will be responsible for advising clients both in Cyprus and abroad, on legal matters as well. Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for the initial investigation of assessment of each case
- Drafting and filling all the relevant court pleadings and motions
- Gather the necessary written statements from the parties involved to resolve a dispute
- Provide high litigation advice to all the team
- Manage all litigation issues, cases and projects
- Lead the team of Junior Litigation Lawyers
Candidate Profile
- University Degree in Law or another relevant field
- Must be a Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
- Must have at least 7+ experience as a Corporate Lawyer
- Excellent knowledge of corporate matters
- Ability to communicate with clients and fulfill their requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
