MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present company’s products in a professional and effective manner
- Guide clients with their documents
- Providing clients support for registration verification activation of their account.
- Supporting clients for deposits and withdrawals.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Native in Italian language is mandatory
- Fluent in English language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer support focused
- Proven work experience is desirable and will be a plus but is not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to present and influence clients
- People skills
