Job Overview
Our client, a Financial Services Provider located in Limassol, is looking to hire a mid-level CRM Developer.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing CRM systems (customization, configurations, administration of users).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer queries or issues to maximize their satisfaction.
- Building complex work processes to improve the user experience and system configuration.
Requirements
- A degree in Industrial Engineering & Management will be considered an advantage
- Experience in working with MS Dynamics CRM
- Experience in the Forex / Financial industry will be considered an advantage
- Experience with a B2C company will be considered an advantage
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
