PSP and Financial Analyst – Forex – Limassol – ET921262

On behalf of our client, a leading financial service provider based in Limassol, GRS are seeking to recruit a PSP and Financial Analyst. The successful candidate will have experience with PSP’s and Analysis within the Forex or Payments industry. This is an amazing opportunity to join a high caliber team of professionals.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete daily and ad hoc reconciliation of all transactions
• Obtaining, transforming, and processing electronic product data files from vendors
• Perform research, reconciliation and resolution of all account discrepancies that originate from customer error, sales error, vendor issues, etc
• Analyse customer account issues to determine source causes to contribute to continuous process improvements
• Initiate changes that drive efficiencies while continuing a balanced relationship with all parties
• Download and process data from multiple sources
• Create reconciliation files in Excel using advanced functions
• Analyse the results of the reconciliation and following up with the relevant department regarding the unmatched transactions
• Reconcile payments received against statements from PSP
• Monitoring accuracy of fees deduction and rolling reserve from the PSP

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, or any other related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a PSP Analyst, Back Office role within the Forex or Payments industry
• Experience in EMI’s is a major advantage
• Solid Numeracy Skills
• Strong Problem-Solving ability
• Fluency in English is a must
• Excellent business written and verbal communications skills
• Detail oriented, highly analytical and a perfectionist
• A fun and communicative team player
