Questions people ask

Why compare offers after tax?

Because the difference you feel is the net one. Cyprus income tax rises in bands, so part of a raise can be taxed at a higher rate, and a 13th salary or a bonus changes the yearly total.

What else should I compare?

Hours, commute, holidays, a provident fund, medical cover, a company car or phone, remote days and how secure the job is. This calculator compares the money; the rest is yours to weigh.
