GRS are seeking on behalf of an established Forex brand for a Head of Back office to join their team. We are looking for a candidate with experience managing a back office department but also have knowledge of processing client’s deposits, withdrawals and reconciliation of clients’ accounts. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Back-Office Department with hands on responsibility
- Reconciling clients’ balances and accounts
- Communicating with clients via email for any inquires related to their deposits, account opening and withdrawals
- Comply with Cysec regulations and Company’s internal policies and procedures in regard to client’s documentation process
- Work fast and accurately under pressure
- Demonstrate professionalism and work ethic, Self-motivation and a Desire to succeed
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Educated to degree level or the equivalent Finance, Business or Professional qualifications in accounting will be considered as an advantage
- Fluency in English Language
- Previous work experience in as similar role and especially in reconciliation of accounts
- Computer Literate
