Job Overview

The role

OQtima is looking for a proactive Brand Reputation & Community Manager to strengthen the company’s online presence, build trust with traders, and grow engagement across social media, online communities, review platforms, search engines, and AI-driven discovery channels.

This person will help shape how OQtima is seen online by ensuring that our brand voice is consistent, our communities are active, and accurate, positive, and compliant information about the company is easy to find.

The role combines community management, social media engagement, brand monitoring, and online visibility.

Location
This is an on-site role based in either our Barcelona (Spain) office or our Limassol (Cyprus) office. Candidates willing to relocate are welcome to apply; relocation must be completed within 3 months of accepting the offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and engage OQtima’s online communities across platforms such as Instagram, X, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
  • Respond to comments, questions, feedback, and discussions in line with OQtima’s tone of voice, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging social media content, including posts, updates, educational content, campaigns, and community initiatives.
  • Monitor how OQtima appears across search engines, review platforms, broker directories, forums, social media, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
  • Identify useful reputation and community signals, including client feedback, recurring questions, sentiment, content opportunities, and areas where brand visibility can be improved.
  • Develop action plans to strengthen OQtima’s online image through content, SEO, social proof, community engagement, review management, and trusted third-party visibility.
  • Help ensure that accurate, compliant, and brand-approved information about OQtima is visible across key online touchpoints.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Compliance, Support, Legal, and Product teams to align messaging and escalate sensitive topics when needed.
  • Support campaigns, product launches, webinars, promotions, and educational initiatives through community and social media activation.
  • Track and report key metrics such as engagement, follower growth, sentiment, review trends, branded search visibility, community health, and traffic generated.

Requirements

  • Experience in community management, social media, online reputation, brand monitoring, SEO, digital PR, or review management.
  • Strong understanding of how traders use social media, communities, reviews, forums, and search engines when evaluating a broker.
  • Excellent written English and strong communication judgment.
  • Ability to engage users professionally across public and private community channels.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to turn feedback, trends, and community insights into content ideas and action plans.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and how they can support content creation, monitoring, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, trading, crypto, or brokerage is highly valued.
  • Understanding of compliant communication standards in regulated industries is a strong plus.

We are looking for someone digitally native, hands-on, and commercially aware.

This person should understand how to build trust online, how to grow engaged communities, and how to improve the way OQtima appears across the digital channels traders use every day.

They should be comfortable switching between community engagement, social content, brand monitoring, reporting, and cross-team coordination.
