Skilled Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. You will ensure that all work meets strict safety codes and operational standards across residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities

 Installation: Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, panels, and lighting fixtures.

 Troubleshooting & Repair: Inspect electrical systems and equipment using testing devices (e.g., multimeters, ohmmeters) to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustments/repairs.

 Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams to plan layout and installation of wiring and equipment.

 Code Compliance: Ensure all installations and repairs strictly adhere to local, state, and national electrical codes (such as NEC/IEC standards) and safety regulations.

 Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery to ensure continuous, safe operation.

 Documentation: Maintain accurate records of materials used, hours worked, and maintenance or repair tasks performed.

 Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades on job sites to complete projects on time and within scope.

Requirements & Qualifications

 Licensure & Certification: Valid Electrician License (Journeyman or Master Electrician certification preferred) or completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program.

 Experience: Proven professional experience as an electrician (residential, commercial, or industrial depending on company focus).

 Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, wiring systems, circuit design, and safety protocols.
