What will your responsibilities be?

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure the delivery of fast, high-quality, and safe maintenance services.
• Represent KONE in communication with customers.
• Support the sales team in closing sales opportunities.
• Manage the daily operations and personnel of the maintenance team, ensure proper reporting, and collaborate closely with other departments within the company.

Requirements

• Academic qualifications in Business Administration or another relevant field.
• Good command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership capabilities.
• Service-oriented mindset and market awareness.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability and willingness to work with new digital tools and innovations.
• Previous experience in a technical field will be considered an advantage.

Ποια θα είναι τα καθήκοντα σας;

Κυρίως καθήκοντα:

• Θα ηγείστε της ομάδας συντηρήσεων για εξασφάλιση παροχής γρήγορών, ποιοτικών και ασφαλή υπηρεσιών συντήρησης.
• Θα αντιπροσωπεύετε την KONE για επικοινωνία με πελάτες.
• Υποστήριξη της ομάδας πωλήσεων για ολοκλήρωση ευκαιριών πώλησης.
• Καθημερινή διαχείριση ανθρώπινου δυναμικού της ομάδας συντηρήσεων, έλεγχος διασφάλισης ορθών αναφορών καθώς και συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα της εταιρείας.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

• Ακαδημαϊκά προσόντα σε Διαχείριση Επιχειρήσεων ή άλλο σχετικό τομέα.
• Καλή γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας (Γραπτά και Προφορικά).
• Δυνατές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές ικανότητες.
• Ηγετικές ικανότητες.
• Νοοτροπία εξυπηρέτησης και επίγνωση της αγοράς.
• Απαραίτητη η νοοτροπία ομαδικότητας και η συνεργασίας.
• Ικανότητες και προθυμία εργασίας με νέα ψηφιακά εργαλεία και καινοτομίες.
• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε τεχνικό τομέα θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
